Description
On the occasion of the Carlist War, Francisco Coello (1822-1898), military official from Jaén, Spain, had completed by then the publication of his Atlas de España in loose sheets, issuing this map of the four Basque provinces and a large area of the continental Basque Country. The Carlist War generated lavish cartography of the area.
