Description

Urbano Monti authored the largest 16th-century manuspcript map conserved to our days. The northern Iberian Peninsula shows the labels both “Biscaia” and “Navara”, as well as the towns of “Fonterabia” (Hondarribia), “Baiona”, “Tudela” and “Pampalona” (Iruñea).
